1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases made through https://foxfurjacket.com, operated by HONGKONG JANE FUR CO., LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Our fur garments are produced after an order is confirmed. Availability indicators represent our ability to accept an order and do not necessarily mean a finished item is ready to ship.

Standard made-to-order pieces generally require approximately fourteen (14) business days after order confirmation and payment. Shipping time is separate.

Orders involving extensive customization may require a longer lead time. We will confirm the expected timeline before cutting begins.

3. Product Options and Customization

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected style, size, color, material, and other listed options before checkout.

Requests beyond the listed options are subject to written confirmation. Approved changes may affect the price, production time, material availability, and final appearance.

4. Natural Material Variations

Genuine fur is a natural material. Color, shade, hair length, texture, density, and pattern may vary between garments and from photographs. Minor variations that are inherent to the material are not manufacturing defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may affect appearance.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order before production begins because of material availability, production capacity, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to ship to the destination.

If we cancel an order before production begins, we will refund the amount collected for that order to the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order. If the corrected price changes the order, the customer may confirm the corrected price or receive a refund before production begins.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Order change and cancellation requests are governed by our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one (1) hour after the order is placed and before material allocation, cutting, or production begins. Requests are not automatically approved.

Once fur has been cut or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled except where applicable law provides a right that cannot be excluded.

8. Shipping, Duties, and Import Requirements

Shipping availability, charges, transit estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delivery issues are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers must check whether genuine fur products can legally be imported into the destination before ordering. Duties, taxes, customs charges, and import requirements may apply.

9. Returns, Defects, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, defects, incorrect items, shipping damage, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access, cancel an order, or close an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, logos, graphics, product information, and other content belong to the Company or its authorized providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of website content requires prior written permission.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, security events, service providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their place of residence, disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be submitted to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its applicable rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version applies from the date it is published and does not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
